ConnectSys, Inc., (“RepConnect”; “we”; “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. By accessing our web pages (the “Site”), you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post a new Policy on our Site. We encourage you to check our Privacy Policy whenever you visit this Site for any updates or changes. The following Policy demonstrates our intent and commitment to protect individuals only browsing the Site, reading pages, or downloading information (“Visitors”) rights in using the Site. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Use for a more detailed legal explanation of our general online policies.

1. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED WHEN ONLY BROWSING THE SITE
Visitors who do not volunteer information will have only the following non-invasive components collected:

(1) the Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name used. An IP address is an identifier assigned to either your Internet service provider or your computer. This address can be translated to determine the domain name of your service provider (e.g., “company.com”). Domain names are useful if a security issue is suspected;
(2) the type of browser and operating system you use;
(3) the date and time you visited this Site;
(4) the web pages or services you accessed at this Site; and,
(5) the web Site you visited prior to coming to this web Site.

The components listed above are used for information and statistical purposes only. We may use these components to create summary statistics used to assess highly accessed pages to assist in determining web design specifications, and/or assess system performance or problem areas.

Additionally, we employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage to our Site. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations and the security purposes mentioned elsewhere in this notice, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits when that individual is only browsing the Site. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction.

2. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED WHEN YOU VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
From time to time, our Site may request contact and/or demographic information (i.e., zip code, gender, birth date or age) from Visitors through surveys. Participation in any such survey is completely voluntary and the Visitor is under no obligation to participate or to disclose any information. This information will be used to monitor and/or improve the use and functionality of our Site.

If a Visitor chooses to participate in a survey, send an e-mail, or perform other transactions using this Site, the following additional information may be collected:

(1) your email address, and contents of e-mails sent through the Site. This information is collected for purposes of providing you with a response; and,
(2) information volunteered in response to a survey or through online forms. The information is used for the purpose(s) identified by the survey or online form.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute Visitor's information, including electronic mail addresses, to any outside company or organization, unless legally required to do so. This applies to information that may be collected on our Site and on that of any third party with whom we contract to provide Internet related services.

Subject to the following paragraphs, we take all reasonably diligent precautions to protect each Visitor’s information, both online and off-line; However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error-free and, as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use, RepConnect makes no warranty and assumes no liability for any such transmission or any damages incurred in connection therewith.

We have implemented security measures and systems into the design, implementation and day-to-day operation of our Site. We progressively implement new security measures as they become available on the market. Security measures are primarily to identify and/or block unauthorized intrusions, upload or change information or otherwise cause damage to the Site.

We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security and privacy of information provided by Visitors on or through the Site. Each Visitor discloses personal information on or through our Site wholly at his/her own risk and each acknowledges that he/she is aware of the security and privacy risks involved, including but expressly not limited to limitations of the security, privacy and authentication measures in the Site, threats of external interference such as eavesdropping, breaking passwords and hacking, and contamination by viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs or cancelbots, or other types of malicious content.

In accordance with Section 2 of the Terms and Conditions of Use, each Visitor, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, assigns and other successors in interest, hereby releases and discharges us from any and all liability or responsibility for any Damages suffered by that Visitor arising out of or in connection with any disclosure of his/her personally-identifiable information other than as a result of our willful misconduct.

4. USE OF COOKIES
Cookies are text files created by your browser and stored on your system for to aid in customizing your browsing experience. This Site may use cookies. Cookies allow information to change as you navigate through our Site. Two types of cookies may be used: session-only and persistent. We use cookies in the following ways:

(1) if you wish to access information, we may use a session-only cookie to reserve storage on your computer in order to pass your inquiry information to a follow-on page for the purposes of retrieving requested information. The session-only cookies are erased either during web browser operation or after your web browser is shut down.
(2) if you wish to interact with the Site, we may use a session-only cookie when processing your information. The type of information voluntarily submitted to fulfill your request varies by the interaction, and may include your name, address, phone number, and or e-mail address.

We cannot control the use of cookies by Sites outside this Site. If you choose to link to a Site through our Site, we cannot control their use of cookies and this privacy policy will not apply.

5. MINORS’ PRIVACY POLICY
No person under the age of 13 is allowed to use the Site. We will not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
